Google Ads Transparency / API Reference
google_ads_transparency_find_advertiser
Find an advertiser's ID by brand or company name. Use when you need to be sure which advertiser you are looking at before pulling their ads -- several unrelated businesses share most brand names. Results are ranked best-match-first rather than in Google's own order, which is alphabetical and buries the brand you asked for. Results are global; `region` only shapes the links returned. Args: query: Brand, company or domain, e.g. 'nike', 'booking.com'. region: Two-letter country code for the links, e.g. 'US', 'IL', 'GB'. limit: How many candidates to return. Default 20.
This is a read-only tool: it returns transparency find advertiser for your Google Ads Transparency account. It changes nothing.
