meta_ad_library_check_access

Check whether Meta's Ad Library can be read, and how. Run this first in any Meta competitor-research session, and whenever a search comes back empty or refused. It reports which token resolved, whether the archive answers, and which countries actually return commercial ads -- so an empty search can be explained instead of guessed at. Reads nothing from the user's own ad account.
