meta_ad_library_eu_reach
Meta Ad Library tool. EU/UK only: who an advertiser's ads actually reached, and who they targeted. Reach totals, age and gender targeting and included/excluded locations are published under EU and UK transparency rules and exist nowhere else in the archive. Refuses a non-EU country outright rather than returning an empty result that looks like a bug. Args: page_id: Facebook Page ID, from meta_ad_library_find_advertiser. countries: EU member state or 'GB'. Default 'IE'. limit: Max ads to return. Default 50. refresh: Skip the cache and ask Meta again.
