`show_campaigns`

Show an ad account's campaigns as a list the user can pause and resume. CALL THIS WHEN THE USER ASKS TO SEE THEIR CAMPAIGNS on Meta or Google Ads. Each row shows status, budget and spend over the last 7 days, active campaigns first, with a Pause or Resume button that asks the user to confirm before changing anything. Up to 25 rows. Hosts without inline UI get the same list in `say_to_user_no_widget`. Args: platform: meta or google. account_id: Meta ad account id (act_...) or Google Ads customer id.

This is a read-only tool: it returns show campaigns for your connected accounts. It changes nothing.
