instagram_login_container_status
Tool tool. Check whether a media container has finished encoding and can be published. Named without a "publish" verb on purpose: this only reads job state, and the write-tool heuristic classifies on the first word after the prefix. Args: container_id: The container ID returned by a publish tool. connection_id: Which connected Instagram account. Blank uses the first.
