instagram_login_publish_photo
Tool tool. Publish a photo to the connected Instagram account. Args: image_url: Public JPEG URL. Instagram downloads it itself, so it must be reachable from the internet -- a private or localhost URL fails with an error about the container, not about the URL. JPEG is the safe format; PNG is rejected often enough not to rely on. caption: Caption text, including hashtags. connection_id: Which connected Instagram account. Blank uses the first.
