TikTok (organic) tool. Get the connected TikTok creator's posting limits and privacy options. TikTok requires querying this before publishing: it returns the privacy levels the account is allowed to use and its remaining daily post quota. Args: connection_id: Which connected TikTok account. Blank uses the first.
