tiktok_organic_status
TikTok (organic) tool. Check whether a TikTok publish job finished, is still processing, or failed. Named without the "publish" verb on purpose: this only reads job state, and the write-tool heuristic classifies on the first word after the prefix. Args: publish_id: The publish_id returned by tiktok_organic_publish_video. connection_id: Which connected TikTok account. Blank uses the first.
