By accessing or using MarketingMCP at mcp-ads.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

MarketingMCP provides a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants (such as Claude) interact with marketing platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, and Meta Ads on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your MCP credentials confidential. Sharing credentials across multiple simultaneous users is not permitted on Solo plans.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Airwallex.
• Team plans are billed per seat.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third-party terms (including Google's and Meta's developer policies).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share a single paid seat among multiple end users.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketingMCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
