By accessing or using MCP Ads at mcp-ads.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

MCP Ads provides a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants interact with connected advertising and analytics platforms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your MCP credentials confidential. Sharing credentials across multiple simultaneous users is not permitted on Solo plans.

3. Purchases & Access

The Professional Campaigner product is sold as a one-time digital purchase through Airwallex.
The tutorial and downloadable skills are available permanently after purchase.
App and MCP access is included for 12 months from successful payment.
Refunds, failed payments, chargebacks, and access changes are handled under the applicable purchase policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to violate any law or third-party terms.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
Share a single paid seat among multiple end users.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCP Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
