`openai_ads_get_ad`

OpenAI Ads tool — manages ads shown inside ChatGPT via the OpenAI Ads API. Retrieve a single ad by ID, including creative and review_status. GET /ads/{id}.

This is a read-only tool: it retrieves ad from your ChatGPT Ads account. It changes nothing.
