`openai_ads_list_ads`

OpenAI Ads tool — manages ads shown inside ChatGPT via the OpenAI Ads API. List ads, optionally filtered to an ad group. GET /ads.

This is a read-only tool: it lists ads from your ChatGPT Ads account. It changes nothing.
