x_ads_list_funding_instruments
X (Twitter) Ads tool, proxied to X's own Ads MCP gateway. List funding instruments (payment sources) on an X ad account. A campaign cannot be created without one of these ids.
This is a read-only tool: it returns x ads list funding instruments for your x-ads account. It changes nothing.
