`gtm_build_custom_html_tag`

Tag Manager tool. Create a Custom HTML tag in GTM. Args: account_id: The GTM account ID. container_id: The GTM container ID. workspace_id: The GTM workspace ID. html: The HTML/JavaScript code to inject. firing_trigger_ids: JSON array of trigger IDs. tag_name: Tag name (default: 'Custom HTML').
