`gtm_build_scroll_depth_trigger`

Tag Manager tool. Create a Scroll Depth trigger in GTM that fires at specific scroll percentages. Args: account_id: The GTM account ID. container_id: The GTM container ID. workspace_id: The GTM workspace ID. thresholds: JSON array of scroll depth percentages (e.g. [25, 50, 75, 90]). name: Trigger name.
