`gtm_get_container_snippet`

Tag Manager tool. Get the GTM installation snippet for a container (the script tag to paste on your site). Args: account_id: The GTM account ID. container_id: The GTM container ID.

This is a read-only tool: it retrieves container snippet from your Google Tag Manager account. It changes nothing.
