Merchant Center tool. Approve a proposed account service. Confirm with the user first. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. service_id: Id from merchant_list_account_services.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant approve account service for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
