Merchant Center tool. Create a country's omnichannel setting. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. setting: JSON OmnichannelSetting, e.g. '{"regionCode": "US", "lsfType": "GHLSF", "inStock": {"uri": "https://shop.example/stock"}}'.
