Merchant Center tool. Delete a Merchant Center account. Irreversible -- confirm with the user first. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id to delete. force: Delete even if it still has products or sub-accounts.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant delete account for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
