Merchant Center tool. Disable a program. Its listings stop serving -- confirm with the user first. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. program: Program id from merchant_list_programs.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant disable program for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
