Merchant Center tool. Get checkout settings: enrollment, review state and checkout URL. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. program: Program id. Default 'checkout'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant get checkout settings for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
