Merchant Center tool. Get a user's Merchant Center email preferences (news and tips). Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. email: The user's email. Default 'me'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant get email preferences for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
