Merchant Center tool. Get one program's state and the requirements still unmet. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. program: Program id from merchant_list_programs, e.g. 'shopping-ads', 'free-listings'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant get program for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
