Merchant Center tool. Get the latest Merchant Center terms of service for a region, to review before accepting. Args: region_code: Two-letter region, e.g. 'US', 'IL'. kind: Terms kind. Default MERCHANT_CENTER.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant latest terms of service for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
