Merchant Center tool. List a product's per-region price and availability. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. product_id: Product id, e.g. 'en~US~SKU123'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant list regional inventories for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
