merchant_terms_of_service_state
Merchant Center tool. Whether the account has accepted the Merchant Center terms it needs, and which are pending. For one region's state use merchant_get_terms_agreement_state('MERCHANT_CENTER-US'). Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant terms of service state for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
