Merchant Center tool. Change business identity attributes and promotions consent. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. fields: JSON object, e.g. '{"promotionsConsent": "PROMOTIONS_CONSENT_GIVEN", "smallBusiness": {"identityDeclaration": "SELF_IDENTIFIES_AS"}}'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant update business identity for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
