merchant_update_email_preferences
Merchant Center tool. Opt a user in or out of Merchant Center news and tips emails. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. news_and_tips: OPTED_IN or OPTED_OUT. email: The user's email. Default 'me'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant update email preferences for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
