merchant_update_user
Merchant Center tool. Replace a user's access rights on a Merchant Center account. Args: account_id: Merchant Center account id. email: The user's email. access_rights: Comma-separated rights replacing the current ones, e.g. 'ADMIN'.
This is a read-only tool: it returns merchant update user for your Google Merchant Center account. It changes nothing.
