Snapchat Ads tool backed by Pipedream managed auth. Create a Snapchat Ads campaign. Pass the campaign body as JSON. Created PAUSED unless the JSON explicitly sets status ACTIVE. Snapchat expects the campaign wrapped in a "campaigns" array; that wrapping is added here if omitted.
