x_ads_call_tool
X (Twitter) Ads tool, proxied to X's own Ads MCP gateway. Call any tool on X's Ads gateway by name, for the ones not wrapped here. Run x_ads_list_gateway_tools first for exact names and argument schemas.
This is a read-only tool: it returns x ads call tool for your x-ads account. It changes nothing.
