x_ads_promote_post
X (Twitter) Ads tool, proxied to X's own Ads MCP gateway. Attach posts to a line item as its ad creative. tweet_ids comma-separated. Promoted posts have no status of their own -- they serve when their line item does, so this does not start spending by itself.
This is a read-only tool: it returns x ads promote post for your x-ads account. It changes nothing.
