ga4_create_custom_dimension
GA4 analytics tool. Create a new custom dimension in GA4. Args: parameter_name: The event parameter name to track (e.g. 'product_category'). display_name: Human-readable name shown in the GA4 UI. scope: EVENT | USER | ITEM. Default EVENT. description: Optional description. property_id: GA4 property ID. Leave blank to use default.
