Meta Ads tool. Apply a Meta recommendation (e.g. budget increase, audience expansion) automatically. Args: recommendation_id: Recommendation ID from meta_ads_ad_suggestions (required).
This is a write tool: it applies recommendation in your Meta Ads account. Claude asks you to confirm before it runs.
