meta_ads_create_publisher_block_list
Meta Ads tool. Create a publisher block list to exclude specific websites/apps from your ads. Args: account_id: Ad account ID. Leave blank for .env default. name: Name for the block list. publisher_urls: JSON array of domain strings to block. Example: '["example.com","badsite.net"]'
