meta_ads_get_upload_url
Use this when the user wants to upload a local file (image or video) to Meta Ads. Returns a signed GCS upload URL. Two-step workflow: (1) call this tool with the filename, (2) use curl/PowerShell to PUT the file to the returned upload_url, (3) pass the returned public_url to meta_upload_ad_image or meta_upload_ad_video as source. This avoids base64 size limits and works with any file size.
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves upload url from your Meta Ads account. It changes nothing.
