meta_ads_list_automated_rules
Meta Ads tool. List all automated rules in an ad account. Args: account_id: Ad account ID. Leave blank for .env default. status: Filter by status: ENABLED, DISABLED, ALL. Default ENABLED.
This is a read-only tool: it lists automated rules from your Meta Ads account. It changes nothing.
