meta_ads_list_campaigns
Meta Ads tool. List Meta Ads campaigns with their IDs, names, status, objective, and budgets — no date range needed. Use this to find campaign IDs for duplication, status updates, or budget changes. Args: account_id: Ad account ID. Leave blank to use .env default. status_filter: Filter by status: ACTIVE, PAUSED, ARCHIVED, ALL. Default ALL.
This is a read-only tool: it lists campaigns from your Meta Ads account. It changes nothing.
