meta_ads_list_creative_assets
Show existing Meta ad creatives in a gallery-friendly shape. Use this when the user asks to browse, view, or pick existing creatives. Returns thumbnail_url/preview_url, copy fields, type, and lightweight card data for rendering.
This is a read-only tool: it lists creative assets from your Meta Ads account. It changes nothing.
