meta_ads_list_video_assets
First-choice tool when the user asks to show, list, browse, or pick their videos from the Meta Ads library or Ads Manager. Use this immediately and present the returned thumbnails visually on the first response. Returns thumbnail_url/preview_url, readiness/status, length, and lightweight card data for rendering.
This is a read-only tool: it lists video assets from your Meta Ads account. It changes nothing.
