meta_ads_upload_image_file_bytes_to_meta
Raw-bytes-only image uploader. Do not choose this for normal chat requests when meta_upload_ad_image can handle the same job. Use only when you explicitly have raw image bytes and only want image_hash back. Primary params are file_bytes_base64 and account_id. Legacy aliases image_base64 and ad_account_id are also accepted. Do not pass local file paths.
