meta_create_video_ad
Create a Meta video ad from a source asset. This is not upload-only: it uploads or reuses media, creates the creative, and can create the ad. Prefer meta_upload_ad_video when the user only wants the asset.
This is a write tool: it creates video ad in your Meta Ads account. Claude asks you to confirm before it runs.
