gads_add_ad_group_mobile_device
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Add mobile device targeting to an ad group. mobile_device_constant e.g. 'mobileDeviceConstants/700001'.
