gads_add_ad_group_operating_system
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Add operating system targeting to an ad group. operating_system_version_constant e.g. 'operatingSystemVersionConstants/630000'.
