gads_add_campaign_location_group
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Add a location group criterion to a campaign. Can use feed_resource_names (business locations feed) or geo_target_constants + radius.
