gads_bulk_create_ad_groups
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Create multiple ad groups in one call. Each item: { campaign_id, name, cpc_bid_micros? }.
This is a read-only tool: it returns bulk create ad groups for your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
