gads_bulk_create_rsa
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Create multiple RSAs in one call. Items: {ad_group_id, headlines: [{text,pin?}], descriptions: [...], final_urls, path1?, path2?}.
This is a read-only tool: it returns bulk create rsa for your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
