gads_create_bumper_ad
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Create a Bumper video ad (non-skippable ≤6 seconds). Requires an uploaded YouTube video asset ≤6s.
