gads_create_video_campaign
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Create a Video campaign. subtype: VIDEO_ACTION, VIDEO_VIEW, VIDEO_REACH_TARGET_FREQUENCY, etc.
