gads_get_ad_group_ads_summary
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Get count of ads by type and status inside an ad group. Fast overview without listing every ad.
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves ad group ads summary from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
